KANJI receives the Special Mention of the German Design Award 2016

The pleasantly reduced design of the Kanji is determined by the Japanese culture and style of living. Inspired by Japanese roofs, the table top rests on two panels. The central section of the table is subdivided into elements that are independent of one another and can be replaced by steel dishes or a cutting board made of stoneware. There is even a slot to store them in under the table top. A delightfully purist, entirely linear design that radiates calm and a focus on the essentials.
